Nipun Bariya

My name is Nipun Bariya, currently Ph.D. Student of Microbiology at Naran Lala College of Professional and Applied Sciences, Navsari, Gujarat, Affiliated to Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat, Gujarat, India,
(Thesis submitted), CSIR-UGC NET (AIR 173), M.Sc. and B.Sc. Microbiology.
In addition to that, previously I was working as Microbiologist at Shree Vinoba Bhave Civil
Hospital, NAMO MERI Silvassa, where I was working with highly sophisticated instruments such as NGS, PCR,
RT-PCR, Automated Nucleic acid extractor, SDS-PAGE, Centrifuge, handling and processing clinical and virological samples. In this role, I am responsible for planning and performing nucleic acid extraction, running RT-PCR, PCR, and performing NGS (Oxford Nanopore) and Bioinformatic analysis for the same. I am also responsible to delivering hands on training to laboratory technicians and junior medical staffs. In addition, I was also work with Zydus Lifesciences Ltd. Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Where, I was working in both microbial and mammalian batches, where I was responsible for handling different instruments like AKTA system, Colum chromatography, TFF system, Photo spectrometer, reviewing BMR and other batch manufacturing process.
During my research work, I have published few articles in SCI, Scopus, UGC Care List journals, along with that, I’m delivering my expertise as reviewer in Elsevier and Web of Science journals.
