
Dr. Rajeshwari Jain is a respected academician, researcher, and a consultant with over 22 years of experience in business analytics, marketing analytics, digital marketing, consumer behaviour, market research and management information systems. She holds a Ph.D. from Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya, Gandhinagar, and an MBA in Marketing from Gujarat University. Currently, she serves as an Associate Professor at Som-Lalit Institute of Management Studies, Ahmedabad, where she is known for her research, teaching, and mentorship.
Dr. Jain has taught at esteemed institutions, including the International School of Management Sciences, Bengaluru, ICFAI, and Sikkim Manipal University. Her teaching expertise spans subjects like business ethics, advertising, corporate governance, supply chain management, and consumer behaviour. She actively mentors students on research projects, internships, and viva preparations. Her research contributions are extensive, with more than 50 publications in Scopus, ABDC, and UGC Care-listed journals. Her work has been presented at global conferences and featured in indexed journals. She has been awarded with the best research awards
at many international conferences. Dr. Jain is also an approved PhD guide in management for Gujarat Technological University, plays an active role in academic committees like the Doctoral Process Committee at Gujarat Technological University and serves as a paper setter for several universities. She has worked as a research consultant for organisations like the Consumer Education and Research Centre and ‘Addessey,’ offering insights on consumer behaviour and marketing strategies. Her industry engagements include guiding deep-tech start-ups through NASSCOM’s Manufacturing Innovation Challenge and contributing to studies on women’s welfare for the National Human Rights Commission. Skilled in tools like SPSS and NVivo, she empowers researchers and practitioners alike. Her innovative approach and leadership have earned her recognition through research
awards and global academic invitations.
