Dr. Sundharalingam Senthilraj Receives Best International Researcher Award in Pharmacology
I am deeply honored to share that I have been awarded the Best International Researcher Award in Pharmacology by the ISSN Awards at the International Scientific and Social Trends and Advancements Conference (ISSTAC) 2025. This recognition is a significant milestone in my journey as a medical professional and researcher, and I am truly grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the field of pharmacology.
My medical journey began with the completion of my MBBS in 2021. I then had the privilege of working for a year at Citizens Multi Specialty Hospital, where I gained invaluable clinical experience and developed a deep appreciation for patient-centered care. Motivated by a growing interest in drug development and research, I joined the Department of Pharmacology at Government Medical College, Nalgonda, as a postgraduate in 2023. Since then, I have been actively involved in academic and research activities, striving to explore meaningful solutions in medical science.
Hailing from Tamil Nadu, I completed my schooling in the state, where my passion for science and medicine first took shape. Alongside my academic pursuits, I’ve always believed in maintaining a balance through hobbies and interests that keep me grounded. I enjoy playing chess, badminton, cricket, and carrom, and I find peace and inspiration in listening to music.
This award is not just a personal achievement—it reflects the support and encouragement I’ve received from my mentors, colleagues, and family. It strengthens my resolve to continue my research with even greater dedication and to contribute to the advancement of pharmacological science. I hope this recognition inspires other young professionals to pursue their interests in research and innovation with confidence and commitment.
As I move forward, I remain committed to learning, exploring, and contributing meaningfully to healthcare through scientific research. I am humbled by this recognition and look forward to making further contributions to the medical community.
