I am a seasoned technology professional with over 20 years of experience in software engineering and technical product management. My journey in the tech world began with a bachelor’s degree in Information Science and Technology, which laid the foundation for my passion in building impactful systems that enhance user experience and business efficiency. Over the years, I have honed my skills across diverse domains, including cloud infrastructure, payments technology, identity and trust platforms, and large-scale system integrations.
Currently, I serve as a Vice President and Technical Product Manager at JPMorgan Chase in Dallas, Texas. In this role, I collaborate with technology leaders to drive the architecture and implementation of secure, scalable infrastructure solutions. I focus on modernizing applications on the AWS platform, enhancing developer experience across lines of business, and leading cross-functional teams in delivering mission-critical tools like secrets management and vaulting products. My approach is deeply rooted in customer discovery, outcome-driven product strategies, and data-informed decision-making. I take pride in defining long-term product roadmaps and aligning them with cybersecurity control objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
Before stepping into product leadership, I spent several years as a Vice President of Software Engineering at JPMorgan’s Merchant Services division. There, I led the modernization of merchant reporting applications by introducing real-time data processing and Kafka-based event streaming, significantly reducing latency in transactional reporting. I also reengineered the merchant onboarding experience, enabling small and medium businesses to go live within minutes and cutting down setup time for large enterprises by half. My work not only streamlined internal operations through single sign-on integration and user access automation but also set new benchmarks for customer onboarding speed and reliability.
My earlier roles gave me the opportunity to explore international leadership and team development. At Wipro in Singapore and Boston, I led cross-continental application development teams, particularly in PeopleSoft HRMS, payroll, and benefits systems. I oversaw everything from technical design and code review to UAT and user training, consistently ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. My experience also includes working with financial institutions like Credit Suisse, where I provided both functional and technical consulting for PeopleSoft HRMS implementations. Across all of these roles, my core philosophy has remained consistent—create scalable, maintainable solutions while building strong, collaborative teams that thrive on trust and innovation.
I hold certifications from AWS and McKinsey Academy in product management, which have equipped me with the frameworks to effectively align product strategy with business goals. I am also certified in Kubernetes and have hands-on experience in HashiCorp Vault, CyberArk, ADFS, and other identity and security technologies. I believe in empowering teams through mentorship and have taken pride in guiding professionals to grow into leadership roles. I value emotional intelligence as much as technical acumen, and I strive to bring empathy, clarity, and purpose to every team I lead.
Throughout my career, I’ve remained passionate about integrating new technologies into legacy systems, optimizing cloud migrations, and driving process improvements. Whether it’s leading an enterprise-wide cybersecurity initiative or reducing onboarding delays by rethinking workflows, I find energy in solving complex problems that make a tangible difference. My international exposure, people-first leadership, and commitment to continuous learning have been key drivers of my success, and I continue to look for ways to bring innovation, resilience, and strategic thinking into every initiative I undertake
