I am Ms. Divia Ponnus, M.Sc. Nursing in Medical-Surgical Nursing, with 10 years of experience in both academic and clinical practice. I am currently working at Jubilee Mission College of Nursing, Nagarbhavi, Bangalore, where I am actively involved in nursing education and clinical training.
I am passionate about teaching and helping nursing students develop their knowledge, clinical skills, confidence, and professional attitude. My experience in both academic and clinical settings has helped me effectively connect theoretical knowledge with practical nursing care.
I have a strong interest in nursing research and academic activities. I have been involved in several research studies and have contributed to the preparation of research and review articles. I am also involved in research guidance, supporting nursing students and researchers in developing research topics, reviewing literature, preparing research tools, conducting studies, analyzing data, and preparing research reports.
I believe that research plays an important role in improving nursing education and patient care. I am committed to continuous learning, professional development, and contributing to the advancement of the nursing profession through education, clinical practice, research, and mentorship.
