I am Venkat B., a dedicated and passionate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant with over eight years of hands-on experience in software development and CRM solutions. Currently, I’m working as a Senior Consultant with Avanade in the United States, where I specialize in Dynamics 365 implementation, migration, and customization. My career has been defined by a relentless pursuit of technical excellence, innovation, and the drive to create scalable business solutions that improve how organizations engage with their customers and data.
My educational journey began in India, where I earned a Bachelor of Science from JNTU, followed by a Master’s degree in Engineering Management. Along the way, I obtained several certifications, including the AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, PL-400 Microsoft Power Platform Developer, and MB-200 Microsoft Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Core. These have helped shape my professional foundation and expand my capabilities in leveraging Microsoft technologies to drive business transformation.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a range of companies and industries, each offering unique challenges and valuable learning experiences. At Avanade, I’ve led multiple projects focused on building PowerApps Portals, integrating legacy systems using Azure Functions and Logic Apps, and designing end-to-end CRM workflows that align technology with business goals. Prior to this, I was part of Eversana Life Sciences, where I played a key role in upgrading Dynamics 365 environments, building PowerApps, and developing Azure functions to enhance system performance and user experience.
My journey in CRM development started at Marusa Technologies, where I laid the groundwork for my technical skills as a .NET and CRM Developer. From there, I joined Vanguard and later VGT (Aristocrat), where I focused extensively on CRM plugin development, API integrations, data migration, and CRM administration. Each role deepened my expertise in creating dynamic, user-centered solutions and gave me exposure to critical enterprise technologies.
One of the highlights of my career has been receiving recognition for excellence in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development. This award means a great deal to me—not just as a personal achievement but as a reflection of the incredible teams and mentors I’ve worked with. I’ve developed custom PowerApps tailored for unique client needs, introduced innovative data migration techniques using tools like KingswaySoft and Scribe, and led initiatives to enhance CRM security and streamline business rules. These experiences have allowed me to contribute meaningfully to client success while pushing the boundaries of what CRM systems can do.
